Countdown post #5 - Christmas Party

“Last Christmas, I gave you my heart,
But the very next day, you gave it away…”
Ah…. I wonder why this song keeps playing in my mind the moment I’ve decided to post this entry. Sometimes, I think I wonder too much… probably because I’ve got only 4 days to go before I officially bid farewell to my course mates in University, so.. kind of emotional now. I guess. That’s why I wonder so much. *teeheehee*
OK. Into today’s post: Our one and only Christmas celebration in three years. It’s not that we do not have Christians in the group. We have! In fact, we have JB and SY; and also Denise who joined us in the Xmas Party.
But whether or not they were many Christians in the group, it really doesn’t matter because all we wanted was a party to celebrate our final exam (for Year 3, Semester 2) and so get-to-know-more-about other members (before it’s too late!) and some makan-minum.
As discussed, PP played the host whereas the rest of us had to help out one way or another. I couldn’t remember who prepared what and how, but all I could remember was QY and I were supposed to cook fried rice and fried noodles. Aha! It’s not a joke! We were supposed to cook that two dishes.
All others were very happy when our dishes arrived, but we told them the truth that we went to a nearby restaurant and asked for help. And all my friends were glad that we did not cook it. I wonder why, too!
We had rounds of food, drinks and games. I would also definitely not forget of my luck that fateful night! Something that I would cherish for the rest of my life (my conversation with Mr. Lim SJ) hohohoh (=
Anyway, I am grateful that we had organised such happy party and hopefully we will be able to gather for such an event again, someday.

They glad that we did not cook because they scare poison! Wahaha, luckily you and me managed to “electric” the fellow who cooked for us. That’s why we couldn’t finish the fried rice and fried noodle! This result shows we are PRETTY and YOUNG. HooRay!!!
