5. 4. 3. 2. 1. Freeze!
April 21st 2008 by pelfy in Life Of A Journalist-To-Be, My EscapeThe headline was this: “Freeze For World Earth Day. 8pm. Sunday. 20th April”
Further elaborations as below:
Gathering Point-> 7.30pm be around the ice skating rink. Your choice: Ground Floor, Lower Ground Floor 1 OR Lower Ground Floor 2. When you’re there, look out for little green flyers that will have information regarding the Freeze Point. We Freeze at 8pm.
That’s it! Simple instructions for participants, no? Ha! Anyway, I was crazy enough to bury my books under my bed for a couple of hours and went out to have fun!
You see, when I read the news of the freeze in Pavillion, I said my myself, “Oh man! I missed the fun! I should never let such a thing to happen to me again.” Then, I hopped over to the official website of this freezy-thingy and saw the upcoming event which was scheduled to be on 20th April. “Oh man! I am joining the crowd!!”
And yes, I was there to witness the freeze. My personal cameraman was there too. *hiak. hiak* I would say we had lots of fun laughing at other participants who happen to pose weirdly creatively. Kudos! Kudos!
Special thanks to the organising committee for making this “Freeze For World Earth Day” possible. I am really looking forward to participating in your next event. *grins*
That’s all for this update. I need to crawl under my bed to get back the books. Meanwhile, check out the photos below:
