I remember when I was in Form 2, an Indian classmate, R used to bring a lot of toy cockroaches and worms to school to disturb another Malay classmate, S. I also remember clearly on one of my English classes, R threw the toy cockroach to S and she had a powerful scream. In order to punish R, my English teacher took all her toys and warned us not to play with any of these them again.
Fast forward to today.
Yen brought a toy cockroach to Uni. Before I elaborate further, tell me who would be awake at 7.45am in Meow Meow’s class! Now, Yen gave us (YNee, QYi and me) a wake up call.
She was chatting with us and out of a sudden, she placed the toy cockroach on the table. We. screamed. out. loud!
Argh!
Yen’s pet was brought to greet almost everyone in the class including KHong, SLi, Jenna, YHwa, LFong, CHooi, to name a few. Strangely, there were a few girls who were not afraid of cockroaches, especially CKiat!. *sigh*
Anyway, Yen’s pet had definitely brought us closer as coursemates today. Otherwise, we would not have such a good laugh making fun of other people, ahh, especially on a boring Thursday!
