My MIL does that too when she’s praying. She puts a red-date(hong-zao) in the chicken’s mouth

Eeew… Poor thing!
On my blog, there was actually no “love at first sight”, but only ONE fish admiring itself in the glass of the aquarium… Tricky photo, huh? LOL

Wow, if that doesn’t bring back memories from our trip to China, nothing will! Their chickens left much to be desired. Yet I kept ordering it everywhere I went HOPING for something like we get back here.

There’s a big ruckus in the UK about chicken - caged versus free range - with TV chefs trying to gross us out enough to buy expensive chicken. Well, I think they could just use that picture!

That’s not a very plump looking chicken, but it’s interesting that it was steamed, beak, comb and all!
