Ever since my new semester started, I haven’t got time to bake cookies and cakes. It is sad to leave all the baking utensils behind especially I’ve already picked up the skills. “Nah, nevermind,” I thought. But that’s not the real me. I just want to bake more cookies for the coming Chinese New Year! *geez*

So, I went home last weekend and baked three types of cookies in a day. The first was the rolled pineapple tarts. Five ordinary tupperwares of rolled tarts took Mom and I five hours to complete. I tell you.. there were so much work just to bake the rolled tarts. The dough needed was slightly softer than the ordinary sunflower-look-alike tarts thus every process was done slowly.

Second was the normal pineapple tarts. Yum. Yum. Yes, exactly like those you see here.

And lastly was Cornflake cookies. My first time baking it so forgive me if they look ugly. The taste was okay, just normal. Nothing impressive. It was easy to bake but I am not planning to bake this again. Ha! Anyway, I will blog about it more another day. Meanwhile, take a look at the picture first, ya?
